Public Offer

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer (in accordance with Articles 633, 641, and Chapter 54 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and contains all essential terms of sale of Goods via remote channels.

1.2. The website Nova Strada (hereinafter — Website) is purely a static showcase (an informational product catalog). The Website does not have its own user database, registration forms, personal accounts, shopping carts, or payment gateways for accepting payments directly on the Website. All ordering, confirmation, and payment operations are conducted outside the Website via external communication channels.

1.3. Acceptance (consent) to the terms of this Offer is performed by the Buyer taking actions directed at placing an order for the Goods via the communication channels specified on the Website, followed by order confirmation from the Seller.

2. Definition of Terms

2.1. Seller — the sole proprietor (FOP) or legal entity whose registration details are specified in Section 8 of this Agreement, who sells the Goods.

2.2. Buyer — any legally capable individual who has read the information on the Website and places an order for Goods with the Seller for personal needs.

2.3. Goods — footwear and other related products, information about which (models, colors, sizes, prices) is displayed on the Website for informational purposes.

3. Order Placement and Contract Conclusion

3.1. The information about the Goods on the Website is for reference only and does not constitute a direct obligation of the Seller regarding their availability at the time of inquiry.

3.2. To place an order, the Buyer independently contacts the Seller through one of the available communication channels listed on the Website:

• by sending a message via Telegram at the link t.me/nova_strada_official;
• by sending a message via Instagram at the link @must_have_brand;
• by placing a phone call to 0 (68) 768 89 94;
• by sending an email to bellastrada2605@gmail.com.

3.3. The contract of sale is considered concluded between the Buyer and the Seller from the moment the Seller's manager confirms all essential terms of the order (model, color, size, final price, delivery and payment methods) in the process of direct communication, and the Buyer makes payment (or agrees to payment upon receipt).

4. Price of Goods and Payment Terms

4.1. Prices for the Goods are specified on the Website in the national currency of Ukraine — Hryvnia (UAH).

4.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the prices of the Goods. However, the price of the Goods for which an order has already been confirmed by the Seller's manager remains unchanged.

4.3. Since direct payment collection is not processed on the Website, payment for the order is made via one of the methods agreed during communication:

• payment to the current bank account (IBAN) of the Seller;
• payment upon receipt (cash on delivery) at the branch of the delivery service.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. Delivery of Goods is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine (except for temporarily occupied territories) by the transport company "Nova Poshta" or another agreed carrier.

5.2. Shipment of the Goods is carried out within the timeframe agreed with the Buyer during order placement.

5.3. Delivery costs are calculated according to the carrier's tariffs and are paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the Goods, unless otherwise agreed during order confirmation.

6. Exchanges and Returns

6.1. Return or exchange of the product is possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

6.2. Returns are accepted only under the condition of preservation of the marketable appearance of the footwear:

• the footwear has not been used outdoors;
• there are no signs of wear, dirt, or scuffing on the sole;
• the box, packaging, complete set, and marketable condition of the product are preserved.

6.3. Trying on shoes is allowed only indoors on a clean surface.

6.4. Footwear with signs of outdoor use, dirty soles, mechanical damage, or obvious signs of wear is not subject to return or exchange.

6.5. In case of detecting a manufacturing defect (torn seam, peeling sole, material defect, etc.), the buyer has the right to contact the seller for a warranty review within 14 days. Each case of manufacturing defect is reviewed individually after product inspection.

6.6. Refunds are processed after checking the condition of the goods and confirming compliance with the return terms. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return of the product if signs of use violating the marketable condition of the product are detected.

6.7. In the event of a return of Goods of proper quality (except for cases of manufacturing defects), the cost of return delivery is borne by the Buyer.

7. Term of the Offer and Other Conditions

7.1. This Offer takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Website and remains valid until its withdrawal or modification by the Seller.

7.2. All disputes and disagreements arising between the parties shall be resolved through negotiations in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
