Returns and Exchanges
These terms are written for a minimal, clear storefront and must be reviewed by the owner before advertising launch.
Term
A buyer may contact the seller about exchange of goods of proper quality within 14 days, excluding the purchase day, if the goods were not used.
Condition
Exchange or return requires preserved product appearance, consumer properties, labels, packaging and purchase document or confirmation.
Defective product
If a product has a manufacturing defect, contact the seller in Telegram or email with photos, a description and order details.
