Terms and General Conditions

Return or exchange of the product is possible within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Requirements for Product Condition

Returns are accepted only under the condition of preservation of the marketable appearance of the footwear:

• the footwear has not been used outdoors;
• there are no signs of wear, dirt, or scuffing on the sole;
• the box, packaging, complete set, and marketable condition of the product are preserved.

Trying on shoes is allowed only indoors on a clean surface.

Footwear with signs of outdoor use, dirty soles, mechanical damage, or obvious signs of wear is not subject to return or exchange.

Products with Manufacturing Defects

In case of detecting a manufacturing defect (torn seam, peeling sole, material defect, etc.), the buyer has the right to contact the seller for a warranty review within 14 days.

Each case of manufacturing defect is reviewed individually after product inspection.

Refund Procedure

Refunds are processed after checking the condition of the goods and confirming compliance with the return terms.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return of the product if signs of use violating the marketable condition of the product are detected.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please include the following information in your request:

• Buyer's full name and contact phone number;
• Footwear model, color, and size;
• Date of purchase or receipt of the order;
• Reason for return/exchange (in case of a defect, please attach clear photos or videos).
